Good Boy Gabriel

The first four days have gone very well with good boy Gabriel. So far he seems to be very even-tempered and mellow, and he likes to be out of his kennel and around people. He is quick to wag his tail, especially during “stay”. Of course that may be because he is anxiously awaiting his treat reward. No matter the reason, it's hard to resist his golden brown eyes and happy face at those moments. Besides learning stay, he's done well learning his other walking and kennel commands, during which he has shown that he is a quick learner and eager to please. He's also been very good while being handled for brushing his teeth, cleaning his ears, etc.

His solid, stocky build shows his race name is appropriate (his trainer did a great job with his pet name recognizing the 80's song!). But his loving, happy and relaxed personality makes him just a big ole teddy bear. All of that leaves his trainer confident that Gabriel will quickly settle in with his forever family and earn a special place in their hearts, like he's already doing to his trainer’s heart!
