What a catch!

Ah, good ole Week 1. We have a 73-pound black and white greyhound named Harley in the mix. Harley is a little nervous at the prison, with all the new sights, sounds and smells.  So different from the track life he was used to. He's in a brand new environment! A whole new world. He is such a calm and cool dog. For a dog of his size and stature, he is incredibly laid back. He has such beautiful markings and a big black spot in the middle of his rib cage. He is such a gorgeous greyhound - a must see!

Since Harley has arrived, he has begun working on some of his commands. He has worked on "wait" before coming out of the kennel, followed by "release." Harley also waits going in and out of any door, followed by "let's go!" Also, he has worked on learning his name, hurry, and heel. Coming up next week he will work on sit and down. Harley hasn't shown any interest in toys yet, but it's still early.

Harley is a real gentle giant, and very cute. So if you are interested and like what you see, then you are just a few clicks away from adopting this handsome boy! And in just 9 weeks, you can pick up Harley and bring home a companion for life. Stay tuned these next 9 weeks for more updates on Harley. Hurry, or this great guy may soon be spoken for!
