A Hoot To Watch

Frankie has been very playful the last few days.  His inmate trainer says that she’s been taking him on extra long walks to help burn off some of his energy.  He loves playing in the training room and his inmate trainer says that he’s a hoot to watch.  Frankie is a sweet boy with a wonderfully sweet personality.
