Eli is the total package

Eli has been a fabulous house guest in the few days he’s been here. He has great manners and is johnny-on-the-spot with his commands. He is lovable, food motivated, and handsome. He’s good with stairs, kennels okay (sometimes he needs a little bribe but a few morsels of food tossed into the kennel has him entering it eagerly), and he seeks out affection. He loves to go-go-go and is enjoying his morning walks. We are working on waiting at the open door before leaving the house – he’s just eager to see what the walk will bring. His leash manners are wonderful, most of the time I forget he’s even there. He’s been friendly with people and dogs that we’ve met on our walks and everyone comments on his striking good looks as well as how friendly he is. This fellow is a total package kind of guy.
