Funny Boy Falco
/The first 5 days of this week were swap week, when the dogs are with a different primary training team. Falco never showed any signs of separation anxiety, and each day he settled in a little more with his swap week team. It was mostly comprised of just getting to know each other’s personalities and quirks.
The last day was show and tell and Falco did all of his commands well except for sit and down. Those are the two toughest for greyhounds, I mean just look at their long legs! The previous days he'd been doing them a lot better during training sessions, so it may have just been stage fright. They also had a severe thunderstorm one day, and he wasn't even afraid of it at all. In fact, quite the opposite! As the storm was approaching, he barked at the thunder trying to scare it away! He is a really funny boy.
Each day got better and better, and his swap week trainer is sure that Falco will do the same with his new family. Once he gets to know his new pack and they know his preferences and dislikes, he'll rapidly become a cherished member of your family forever!
