Raider Budge has had a great week. He's doing really well on his training and has learned to sit not only for his handlers but also for other dorm residents. He's such a fast learner. He does a great wait at doors and will not move until his handler tells him OK, let's go. His wait in other areas still needs more work, however. This laid back, happy boy loves everyone he meets. He'll go up to people and stand politely while they pet him. Raider loves his neck being scratched (both sides) and will lean into any scratches or rubs given. He also enjoys a tummy rub! Walking is not one of his most favorite activities. He'll walk politely on a loose leash but will begin lagging behind after the first lap. He thinks once he's done his business that he is done. He does manage the ramps and stairs very well. This is a very easy going boy with an even keel temperament. He has taken his retirement seriously and loves to lay at your feet or snuggle up to you on the floor. If you stop, he actually paws at the air for more.
