Sweet and spunky girl!

Lizzie is looking for her forever home! She was returned due to no fault of her own (owner unable to care for her). Do you have room in your heart and home for this gentle girl?

Lizzie is just the sweetest pea. She loves to drop her head in your hands and look up at you with big, hypnotizing doe eyes. She is definitely a velcro dog and is happiest with you, doing whatever you’re doing. She fits right in with my Greyhound, Petey. They became fast friends and I’m confident she would do well with another medium-large dog in the home.

Do not let Lizzie’s age fool you. She has enjoyed our walks, and once you bring out a squeaky toy… it’s game over! She has been the fastest dog out of the imaginary gate each time I’ve tossed her a squeaky toy.

While it saddens me to see Lizzie lose the home she’s had for several years, I know she will make the PERFECT companion for nearly any adopter out there. She is calm and sweet and well-behaved. Please let us know if you think Lizzie could be the sweetheart you are looking for!
