Let The Fun Continue

Marshall has shown great improvement with his manners at meal times!  Before, he had a tendency to break his sit/stay position and go for his food before being released.  He has improved a lot over the past two weeks and is now able to hold his sit position calmly until released!  During playtime he has learned to calm down before getting a toy and now when his inmate trainer holds up his favorite squeaky ball he will “sit” and “wait” for his trainer to say “okay” and throw it.   Marshall is also doing much better with “give”.  Now when he brings the toy back he “gives” knowing that the fun will continue!

This coming week is Swap Week and Marshall will spend some time with an alternate inmate trainer going over his commands.  His trainer says that he’s confident that Marshall will do great!

Marshall’s inmate trainer says that Marshall is very easy to love and is going to make a wonderful addition to his new home.
