Mr. Couch Potato

Here we are at the end of week six already.  Chucky continues to show improvement on his shyness.  He will walk up to more and more people at the prison.  He seems to still shy away from people he associates being the loudest.  He's not a fan of loud noises.  He is doing impeccably well with his commands and his behavior is great!

Chucky has started playing and running more every week.  His inmate trainer can't wait to see this boy's true personality when he totally opens up.  He has a calm demeanor most of the time, unless its time to eat.  He gets pretty excited over food!  He will now sit and wait for his food without having to be asked though.  He retains instructions well.

This week, Chucky found out his inmate trainer's bed was very comfortable.  He will jump up and lay right down.  He does know the command "down"  really well, so he will get down if asked.  He could easily become a "couch potato!"

Chuck behaves like a gentlemen around other dogs.  This week a couple dogs came to visit and Chucky walked right beside one on a walk.  Chuck is such a great dog and will be missed by everyone at the prison.  Can you open your forever home and heart to this "couch potato" of a greyhound?  He will not disappoint you.
