A Kisseroo for Chip

Welcome back, Chip fans! This is the second week of my training session and I've been working hard on my new commands. I started on some of the 13 commands that I have to learn here at Second Chance Greyhound Academy, starting with leash walking around the dorm and the yard. I've also been working on wait, coming out of the kennel and waiting at door so that you can check the room and go in first, as well as kennel which means I go in the kennel whenever I'm told to do so. I'm also learning release which is when I get to come out of the kennel. Bed is when I get to lie down. I'm learning heel, which means I come out of the kennel and go back and stand by your left side so you can hook up a leash for walks. I'm also learning hurry, which is for when I go outside to use the restroom - you can say the hurry command and I will find a spot to go! That's what I've been working on it since I've been here.

Here's a little bit about myself - I learn really fast, so I'm going to spend the time I have here to perfect all of my commands for you. I'm a really laid-back dog and I love attention and affection. I love to be kissed on the top of my head, too! Well, anyway, that's all for now. Come back next week for more updates about what I'm up to! Paws crossed I get more kisses ;).
