Graduation Is Here

Well, it’s hard to believe it’s time.  Prison training is complete and graduation is here.  Jenny has passed her final exam and is ready for her forever home.  Her inmate trainer is going to miss this sweet girl, but has enjoyed his time with her.  He says that Jenny is truly an amazing girl and he has no doubt that her forever family will fall in love with her.

Jenny leaves the prison with the knowledge of all of her basic commands.  She’s also mastered drop it, enough, leave it, shake, bow, kiss, sit pretty and paws up.  She’s a little slow to responding to bow and kiss, but will follow through.

Saying goodbye is never easy, but her inmate trainer knows that she has a life filled with happiness ahead of her.

Graduation Time Is Near

Jenny knows all her commands verbally and with hand signals!  She has adapted well to life in prison despite her unsure feelings about shiny floors.

Her daily activities involve early morning potty breaks, medical checks, training, eating, relaxing, more training and play time.   Her inmate trainer is proud to report that Jenny knows all of her commands with hand signal and verbal commands!

Her inmate trainer says that he didn’t grow up with dogs and working with Jenny has taught him just what a wonderful companion a dog can be.

Loves Love

Jenny's alternate inmate handler says that working with her was a fun experience!  He says that she is an energetic girl who loves to have run and receive attention.  He says that doing commands with her shows that she can do commands with anyone even without treats!

He says that Jenny loves people and is very gentle even when eating.  She loves the yard and plays well with the other dogs.  Her alternate handler says that she is an unbelievable girl who is going to make a splendid addition to a very lucky family.  He says that this is her second chance at a new life and she deserves to be happy and loved.

Affectionate

Jenny is a sweet girl who loves to be where the action is!  She enjoys training and learning new things. She is a very affectionate dog who enjoys a good belly rub or laying her head in her inmate trainers lap.  She is still a little unsure of the shiny floors at times, but will gather up the courage to walk on out on them.  Her inmate trainer says that her whip of a tail is always wagging happily.

Next week is swap the hound week where the trainers exchange hounds.  This will allow the trainers to work with new dogs and the dogs will learn to accept commands from new people.  Jenny’s inmate trainer will miss her, but has no doubt that she will do an amazing job while in the care of her alternate handler.

A Great Companion

Jenny is a great companion!  She learns easily and loves to be around the action.  She is not fond of the shiny floors, but with a little coaxing she will walk right out on them.  Jenny loves to play and to be out and about.  She has learned how to sit, down, stay, here, bow, leave it, kiss, sit pretty, enough, jump, bed, wait, kennel and let's go!  She loves hugs and affection.

Her inmate trainer says that she is an amazing dog and he enjoys his days with her.  He knows that some lucky family is going to love this beautiful girl!

Jenny The Warrior Princess

Hey y'all what's up?  It's me Jenny the Warrior Princess.  What can I say, I conquer everything with leaps and bounds.  I have all of my basic commands down to a science and my inmate trainer doesn't even have to utter a word I only need hand signals and will respond to all that he requests!  I also know how to shake and leave it! This week my inmate trainer worked with me to leave treats until given permission to eat them.  Know what he did?  He threw treats all around me then requested that I wait (yes, WAIT... oh man all those treats surrounding me).  Let me just tell you, it takes a lot of restraint to hold off on gobbling up all those treats but I'm pretty awesome and can play it cool.

You should also know, that I can do paws up which I like to do for hugs.  I recall well too!  My inmate trainer says that listening and returning when requested is important.  Next week we're going to work on the speak command!  Woo-Hoo!

Jenny's inmate trainer says that working with Jenny is truly a blessing.  She is an energetic dog who's eager to learn whatever is requested of her.  She is a lovable girl and enjoys playing with people and being wherever the humans are!

Training Fun

Hi everyone it's me Jenny.  I've had a great week! I've learned to shake and leave it! I can even stay until my inmate trainer comes back and releases me.  My inmate trainer says I learn things quickly.  I enjoy learning and playing so it's not hard to pick up on fun stuff besides I really enjoy the praise and attention for a job well done.  I love to be out and about with my inmate trainer.

I don't mind being around the other Greys and get along well with them.  This training stuff is pretty fun.  I can't wait to show my new forever family everything I know!

Chin Rubs, Please!

Hello there!  It's me, Jenny and I just wanted to tell you how excited I am.  As of this week I have learned all of my basic commands!  I even learned bow, leave it, and paws up!  I believe I can handle all of the extra commands and whatever else my trainer teaches me.  My days are fun and exciting and I get to hang out with my inmate trainer! I love to be praised and rubbed under my chin.  Sometimes my trainer stops too early so I have to place my head on his lap to make him understand that I need more rubs. Oh, and I get along great with the other dogs!

Jenny's inmate trainer says that working with Jenny is always a fun experience.  She's an energetic dog that loves attention.  She has learned to control her energy until her inmate trainer releases her.  She does great paying attention to her trainer while he gives commands and is responding well to the recall command.  Her inmate trainer says that he he truly enjoys working with Jenny.  He likes to think of her as the Warrior Princess conquering the world in leaps and bounds.

Capturing Hearts

Hello everyone!  Jenny here!  I've learned all of my basic commands plus bow!  I enjoy hanging out with my inmate trainer and every aspect of life.  Investigating everything is so interesting and fun!  Now, let me tell you about shiny floors.... they're slippery, but my inmate trainer has worked really hard to help me understand that they're okay.  I do fine with them as long as I'm not rushed.  I'm not into ice skating.

Jenny's inmate trainer says that she is doing great with training and has already mastered hurry, let's go, kennel, release, wait, heel, here, sit, down, bed and jump.  She is a little slow to respond to stay, but her inmate trainer knows she'll have this mastered in no time!

Her inmate trainer says that Jenny is a very loving dog who's curious about life.  She's a joy to have around and she has successfully captured her inmate trainer's heart.

Retirement and New Beginnings

Jenny is a friendly eager girl!  She has learned her name with ease and recalls with excitement.  Her inmate trainer says that as hard as it is to believe Jenny has picked up "sit" and "down" - that's right, in three days time! Jenny has had no problems adjusting to anything!  She is curious about everything and hasn't exhibited any fears.  Her inmate trainer believes that is simply a super dog who's a ball of joy.  She loves love and enjoys being out and about with her trainer.

Her inmate trainer says that he is looking forward to working with Jenny.  She's a smart girl who's eager to learn.  He says that he foresees a big bright future for this little warrior princess and he feels honored to be her trainer!
