Skyler is such a doll, quirky and unique. Her trainer has enjoyed working with her and gets emotional thinking about how much she has grown. She will treasure these moments.
Skyler is more confident and playful. She knows all her commands, but is slow to “sit”. If she only had 1 more week, her trainer feels she would have it mastered. Either way, Skyler is a sweetie and is ready to meet her forever family.
Even though Skyler is not comfortable in the prison setting, she is becoming more playful and open with her peeps. She is sweet and loving. She has come a long way. Skyler is so funny and her trainer said “watching her grow in confidence has made her heart so happy.” She just got back from trotting around playing with Sparky, Lady, Maisie and Slick. Skyler is a ball of energy and loves to play. She is a precious girl.
Skyler is a playful girl who loves toys, especially squeaky toys. Her inmate trainer says that it’s quite the sight to see her running around the hall trying to collect all the toys. She’s making great progress with her commands. Her confidence seems to grow a little more each day. Her inmate trainer says that she’s super proud of this sweet girl!
Skyler is one sweet girl! She’s so happy to see her inmate trainer each morning. You can’t help but feel happy with her enthusiasm! She can by shy with new people, but will warm up. She’s becoming more confident each day and her inmate trainer says that she thinks Skyler will excel in a home setting. Time. love and patience are key with sweet Skyler.
Skyler is doing great with her commands! She’s a loving and sweet girl! She knows all of her commands, but sit, heel, and jump are works in progress to clean up response times. Her inmate trainer says that she’s super proud of this sweet girl and can’t wait to see what she discovers next.
Skyler loves belly rubs! She’s up for any kind of attention or treats… or verbal praise. Her inmate trainer says that she enjoys how playful Skyler is. She’s really shy at first, but when she warms up, she’s all about attention. Her inmate trainer says that Skyler is truly a special girl. You can’t help but feel happy with her!
Skyler is a spunky girl! She loves to play! Any toy that has a squeaker in it is her favorite. Her inmate trainer says that she loves to watch this sweet girl play. She’ll prance down the hall collecting toys or will steal them from other dogs. Her inmate trainer says that she loves watching Skyler during these moments. She’s so happy and free.
Skyler takes a little longer to warm up to people, but gives it her all once she’s reached acceptance.
Skyler is a loving girl! In the mornings after she has a full belly and ready to relax, she loves for her trainer to give her belly rubs. She will almost “roach” trying to give her belly to her trainer. She is the sweetest! Skyler is gaining more confidence in her surroundings, but she is still afraid of the officers. Skyler will try and do insane ninja moves to avoid them.
Training is going good. She knows hurry, let’s go, kennel, release, wait, down and here. She is working on some extras too. Her trainer is having a fun time working with Skyler.
Skyler is a sweetheart! She absolutely loves love. She visits her inmate trainer in the morning wanting to be petted and loved on. She steals toys and looks adorable doing it. She can be a little shy with the officers in the dorm, but her inmate trainer thinks it’s because their radios are loud She sometimes shares bed space with Sparky. It’s pretty cute seeing them relaxing together. Her inmate trainer says that she can’t wait to watch Skyler’s personality come out more.
Skyler spent the first week focusing on bonding with her inmate trainer. She’s a little wary of loud noises and sudden movements. Her inmate trainer says that she’s excited to be working with Skyler. Skyler is a sweet girl with a lot of potential! She’s looking forward to seeing Skyler come out of her shell and learn new things.
