Sarah’s inmate trainer says that Sarah has been a true joy to train these last 10 weeks. She knows all of her commands. She’s adorable when she runs around in tight circles blissfully happy with the world. She loves attention and belly rubs. Her favorite treats are peanut butter cookies or popcorn. She loves to run outside and play with her friends.
Sarah’s trainer says that he hopes that Sarah brings you as much joy as she’s brought him.
It’s Swap Week time! That means and Sarah hung out with a whole new training team for the week! Why you ask? Well, it’s so the dogs have a chance to receive and respond to commands from an alternate training team. They also get to spend some time away from their primary trainer to see how they adjust to a new team. Sarah’s alternate inmate trainer says that Sarah didn’t have any problems! She didn’t hesitate to respond to commands and she seemed to enjoy hanging out with all the folks.
Sarah’s alternate inmate trainer says that Sarah is a sweet girl with just the right touch of energy to bring a smile to your face. He says that he believes that her new forever family is going love this baby girl!
Sarah is a pleasure to work with. She knows her commands . She enjoys being brushed and doesn’t mind a bath once in awhile. Her favorite thing to do is run on the big yard. She looks forward to it everyday.
Sarah’s trainer has enjoyed training and working with her and isn’t ready to give her up. She puts a smile on his face everyday. She’s a sweetheart.
Sarah is doing great! Her inmate trainer says that she’s doing really well with her commands and grooming. He says that he’s really going to miss her when she goes to her forever home. She’s crazy about belly rubs, loves to nap with her feet in the air and meeting new people.
Her inmate trainer says he knows that saying Goodbye to her at the end of this session will be hard, but it helps knowing she’ll be living in happiness in a forever home.
Sarah’s inmate trainer says that Sarah is one happy energetic girl. She goes through her training commands really well. She loves play time and running time in the big yard. Sarah loves squeaky toys and being the center of attention! She hasn’t met anyone she doesn’t like! Belly rubs put her to sleep and you can’t help but smile anytime you’re around her!
It’s been another productive week with Sarah. During show and tell she performed her commands wonderfully. She’s not a fan of “down”, but her trainer isn’t worried. There’s still plenty of time to perfect all of her commands. He is proud of her and how well she learns.
Sarah demands love from everyone. Strangers make her crazy happy. She is a great dog and her trainer has enjoyed the time with her.
Sarah, being the intelligent dog she is, is doing great with her commands! She is energetic, but knows the difference between play time and work time. This is such a great attribute in any dog, especially a student dog.
Sarah is a loving dog and expects attention from everyone she sees – in her mind, people mean treats and belly rubs, both of which she enjoys greatly. She is SUCH a delight!
Sarah is doing good this week at Jenkins. it took her a few days to acclimate to things at the prison, but once she did, there was no holding her back. She walks around the dorm with her luminous black coat like she is the queen of the castle.
Sarah is still as loving and playful. She is lots of fun to train. She loves to meet new people and loves when the ladies come down to see all of the greyhounds. Check back next week for more updates on Sarah.
Sarah is doing great! She is very loving and playful and is learning so well. After she got past the point of learning how to learn, she began to pick up on commands quickly. She is doing well with her name, bed, leash, hurry, let's go and release. She is also getting great at going in and out of her kennel on command. Her trainer has loved their first couple weeks with her!
I feel like in order to hear my story you need to picture me wearing a cape… the wind blowing… and some sort of hero music playing.
My name is Sarah and I have arrived. I hear that retirement is coming I’m not sure what that is, but it sounds pretty good.
So, let me tell you about my new gig. First, picture it (no really, close your eyes and picture it)… I stepped off the truck like a runway model with my tail wagging happily and greeting all the humans around me. They were properly mesmerized by my beauty. So much so, that my inmate trainer has been giving me treats! He says my name, I look at him and he produces a yummy treat... kinda like a gum ball machine. I wanted to test his dispensary skills… Test 1… going in and out of kennel - treat dispensed. Test 2… leash walking - treat dispensed…. You see the pattern here? I’m gonna have sooo much fun with this!
