Fizzy’s trainer said consistency is the key with Fizzy. She is a sweet girl. She loves to be around her human and prefers to be out of her kennel, keeping one eye on her trainer at all times. Lol.
Fizzy is beautiful, charming and loving. She knows all her commands, both verbal and with hand signals. She also knows her extras with both as well. Enjoy this sweet girl, as she has lots of love to give.
Fizzy is doing really well. She was very affectionate this week. She’s doing good with her commands and responds really well to positive praises. Consistency seems to be key with this sweet girl. Her inmate trainer says that Fizzy’s personality is a bit aloof with the other greyhounds. She loves to run with them, but hasn’t picked out a best friend yet. She seems to enjoy her own company.
This week they’ve been working on “roll over” as a new command, but Fizzy’s not too crazy about this one. She’d rather skip the roll and eat the treat!
Fizzy’s inmate trainer says that Fizzy is an intelligent and loving girl. If the dorm gets really loud Fizzy will become fidgety and prefers to find a safe quiet area. Her inmate trainer has been working to show Fizzy that her kennel can be a comfortable safe area. She enjoys spending time on the large pillow bed in the day area when the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed.
Fizzy loves to run in the yard and thrives on praise and affection. She knows all of her commands with hand signal cues. She’s doing great with all of her extras and seems to have fun doing them.
Fizzy’s new year started off quite well. She knows all her basic commands and some extras. If Fizzy is not in her kennel, she enjoys her freedom roaming around the day area and hanging out on the big pillows. Fizzy doesn’t miss an opportunity for love and affection. She will gladly give you the cold shoulder if you don’t notice her. She is too funny.
Fizzy is very treat oriented. She will focus on the command at hand with vigor and enthusiasm. She also likes positive praise for a job well done. Fizzy is a beautiful girl and everyone loves her.
Fizzy has had a very informative week. This week a broom fell and hit the floor. It startled poor Fizzy with its very loud noise. This left Fizzy a little unsure of the area so her inmate trainer went to work showing Fizzy that there was nothing to be afraid of. Training has picked back up as she accepts this “spooky” area. She remains very affectionate and believes that humans were placed on the planet to give her attention. Her inmate trainer says that Fizzy responds to her commands with passion, but can have a stubborn streak in there from time to time.
In the play area outside, Fizzy runs with her fellow greyhounds with vigor and grace. She works hard for praise and attention. This sweet girl has a lot of personality and wants to share it with everyone
Fizzy has great eye contact while training. She can get distracted easily so her inmate trainer helps her refocus, even if it means doing something fun to recapture her attention. She is doing better with spending time in her kennel. She’d still rather be out and about with her humans, but seems to realize that she’ll get that time as well. She does well with the other dogs, but hasn’t made any close grey friends. She loves attention and affection. She seems to thrive under positive praise.
Fizzy’s inmate trainer says that Fizzy makes her feel loved. It makes starting a new day easier than before. She says that she’s very thankful for having Fizzy in her life and the chance to train her.
Fizzy loves attention! She’s doing great with her commands! She prefers to be out and about with her humans, but will go into her crate when it’s requested. NO is her least favorite thing to hear. I mean, when you’re this cute you should get everything you want, right?
Fizzy is very happy and content when she’s hanging out with her humans. She loves to watch all the happenings around her. When training she can get distracted easily so they keep training sessions a little shorter. They want them to stay fun and productive. She does a great job with stairs and makes them look easy as pie.
Fizzy’s inmate trainer says that Fizzy tackles the day with excited expectation and is always entertaining. She responds well to firm, positive reinforcement of boundaries. She can get a skittish with loud noises. Her safe place is her kennel and readily uses it. Quality time with Fizzy is a good source of positive reinforcement. She has a very inquisitive personality which can lead to distraction while training. When provided with positive reinforcement and lots of praise she performs all commands with perfection. She works hard to please her trainer. She seems to prefer a quiet environment and is adjusting to her new surroundings a little more each day.
Fizzy is working to adjust to her knew environment. It’s all very strange and new which will take some getting used to. It’s much louder and busier here. She likes the quiet of the mornings. Her inmate trainer uses this time to take her to the training room and work on a few commands. She does stairs with ease.
Fizzy is an affectionate girl and will seek out attention from any human she sees. She’s never met a stranger! She has great eye contact. Her inmate trainer says that she loves this sweet girl to pieces and is looking forward to working with her.
Fizzy is getting used to her new surroundings. She is inquisitive, energetic and a delightful girl. Everyone at the prison smiles when they see her. Fizzy makes great eye contact with her trainers and already knows her name.
Fizzy didn’t mind her bath, getting her teeth brushed or her ears cleaned when she arrived for training. She enjoys the company of her trainers and is learning the routine. Fizzy loves attention and her trainers are looking forward to the weeks ahead with her.
