Laid-Back Relaxing Week Before Graduation

Heidi has had a laid-back relaxing week.  She knows all of her commands so they just ran through them a few times to keep her sharp.  She’s been snuggling under a sheet on the cooler nights.  Her inmate trainer says that she’s going to really miss this girl.  She’s enjoyed her time with Heidi over the past 10 weeks.  She hopes that Heidi’s forever family will love her as much as much she does.

Bursting With Personality

Swap week!  Wait, what’s that mean?  It means the inmates swap pups to go over commands different trainers.  Heidi’s temporary inmate trainer says that Heidi is funny and bursting with personality!  Heidi loves to go out in the mornings…well, really she likes to finish her outside business so she can come right back in and eat breakfast!  She did a great job with all of her commands.  She does best when she sees the treat reward.  Her temporary inmate trainer says that Heidi is a beautiful and sweet girl who is going to make her family very happy!

My Toy Or Yours? I Think I'll Take Yours.

You can’t help but love Heidi. She is such a great girl and so loving. She will wrap around her trainer like a cat as if she’s saying “You can love me now!”

Heidi enjoys going outside. She likes to wander around sniffing everything she can. The only time Heidi makes a noise is when she needs to go out and potty. She will whine and sometimes even howl.

Training is going well. Heidi will do anything her trainer asks, as long as the possibility of getting a treat is there. She likes to play with toys, especially the ones she steals from the other dogs. What a silly dog!

"Shake"

Heidi is doing great with her basic commands and she recently learned shake!  Her inmate trainer says that Lilly is fun, silly and outgoing!  She loves people and will go from person to person looking for attention.  Lilly has a tendency to wrap herself around you like a cat and rub against your legs. Her inmate trainer says that she’s super proud of Lilly for knowing all her commands with hand single and verbal cues!

Heidi's Been A Good Girl

Heidi has had a great week! She’s doing really well with her commands and knows them all with both verbal and hand signal cues!  She did fantastic in the Christmas parade!  She wore a pair of antlers and a blanket to keep her warm.  She had no issues with the music or sounds of clapping and yelling.  Her inmate trainer says that she thinks that Heidi had fun!

Heidi Is A Joy To Have Around

Heidi has her basic commands down pretty well and her trainer is working on “shake” just for fun. She no longer requires a treat after each command in order to do them. She does like to see, smell or hear that a treat might be given for following thru with a command.

Heidi is an intelligent, loyal and playful girl that calms easily. She’s such a sweet girl who loves attention and affection. Her trainer said she is such a joy go be around.

Lovable

Heidi has done really well this week!  She knows “down” and is doing really well with “stay” and “heel”.  She loves humans and affection!  Her inmate trainer says that Heidi is completely lovable!  On top of being adorable, she’s one smart cookie!  She picked up on most of her commands after a day or two of training!  Her inmate trainer says that she’s super impressed with this amazing girl and can’t wait to see what she learns next.

Tail Wagging Fun

Heidi is a sweetheart! She loves to be loved on. She likes ti when her trainer sits on the floor with her. Heidi will put her head in her trainers lap or on her leg. As long as she’s touching her, Heidi is content to lay there.

Heidi knows hurry, let’s go, kennel, release and wait. Heidi is a tail wagger. On a funny note, her trainer says that she thinks Heidi loves to hit her in the face with it. LOL
