Dorm Sweetheart

From Sadie’s swap week trainer….. This week we has the pleasure of assuming the primary care of Lagro Sadie Ann, who goes by Sadie for swap week. Sadie has been the dorm’s sweetheart for the entire session. She enjoys lounging around like no hound I’ve ever seen before. You can literally put her out on a daybed and she will stay put for hours accepting all the treats and love you can offer. Sadie was a breeze to handle and she responds to commands with little to no trouble. She’s a greyt girl and you are lucky to be adopting a sweetheart of a girl. It won’t be long now.

She's A Beauty

This week has been great!  Sadie is one smart cookie!  Her inmate trainer says Sadie seems to love retirement.  She likes to relax and watch movies… well… nap while her inmate trainer watches the movie. She’s coming right along with all of her commands and her inmate trainer says that he couldn’t be happier with her progress.

She can be shy at times, but warms up quickly.  She’s loves attention and will talk you out of treats before you even realize you’re giving them up.

7 Down.... 3 To Go

Sadie is a very smart girl and continues to achieve all the goals that her trainer sets. Sadie was able to “stay” in the areas given to her. Now to improve on “sit” and “down”. These two haven’t clicked yet, but when they do, it will be smooth sailing until graduation for Sweet Sadie Ann.

Sadie’s trainer is enjoying spending time with her. He loves all the energy she brings when going through her commands. He said she is very loving and enjoys spending time on her comfy bed. Sadie’s trainer knows that when you meet her, your lives will be forever changed.

Special Girl

This has been a great week for Sadie and her trainer is happy he gets to train her and inform you of her progress. She’s got 10 of her 13 basic commands down pat. She needs to improve on sit, kennel and release. There’s still plenty of time, so her trainer is sure she will have them in tip top shape before graduation. Her trainer spent more than half of the day with her on the bed going over her commands. This girl loves to train, play and chill on the beds. Check back next week for more updates.

Sweet Sadie

This week has been a fantastic one for Miss Sadie. Sadie enjoys running on the big yard and her trainer is excited to report that she's coming along great with her commands. This hound is not particularly enthusiastic about doing the sit command but she is willing to do it for a treat. This beautiful fawn girl is full of energy and enjoys the company of everyone. We hope you enjoyed another follow-up for beautiful Miss Sadie, and we’ll see you next week!

Making Great Progress

Sadie has come a long way with her training.  Her inmate trainer says that he’s enjoyed every moment of time with her.  She enjoys playing and being loved on whenever the opportunity arrives.

She already knows hurry, let’s go, release, wait, here and bed really well.  She’s making great progress with all the others and even knows many with verbal and hand signal cues!

Very Loving Girl

Sadie got to run in the big yard this week!  She had a blast running and playing outside with her greyhound pals.  Her inmate trainer says that Sadie is a very loving and sweet girl.  She’s catching on to her commands very quickly.  She has hurry, let’s go, kennel, and here down pat already.  She’s a little hesitate with release, wait, and bed but with a little more work she’ll be responding like a pro.

Sadie’s inmate trainer says the he’s having a blast spending time with this cute girl!  He says to be prepared to lose your heart when you bring her home!

Hello There

Week 2 in the books for Sadie and it was a good one. Sadie knows hurry, let’s go, kennel, release, wait and bed. She’s got beauty and brains.

Sadie Ann loves to be around people and enjoys all the affection and petting that goes with meeting new friends. She likes the simple things in life too… naps and good food. Her trainer is enjoying his time with her while she waits for her forever home.

Sweet Hound

Sadie is a very sweet hound. This week she is getting used to her temporary home. This environment is way different than what she was used to, but she’s setting in.

Sadie Ann loves to be out and about. She is a calm and very happy girl. This week her trainer mainly worked with her on her name and leash walking. Next week they will work on some commands. Check back to see how things went.
