Chew Toys Are On The List

Gigi loves to chew on bottles inside socks.  She loves the sound it makes.  (remember to remove bottle top and supervise play with bottles to avoid injury)  She’s always eager to learn new things.  She loves to play ball outside and chew toys are on her list of must haves.  She enjoys play time with her litter mates and a nap is always good. 

Gigi’s inmate trainer says that she can’t believe it’s time to say goodbye!  She’s enjoyed her time with this amazing girl and just knows that her new family is going to fall hard and fast for this sweet girl! 

GiGi's Going To Be A Big Hit With Her New Family

GiGi loves ice! Her inmate trainer says it’s cute to watch her crunch away on the cold treat.  Gigi is doing great with her commands.  Her inmate trainer says that Gigi is sweet as can be and easy to be around.  She makes each day fun!  It’s hard to believe the end of training is near and Gigi will be going home to her forever family soon.  Her inmate trainer says she knows Gigi is going to be a big hit with her new family!

Queen Of Toys

Gigi is doing great!  She still wants to become the best toy destroyer on the planet.  She’s holding the record for now!  Her inmate trainer says that she sews them up and Gigi delights in undoing all her work. 

She’s doing all her commands like a pro and is eager to train.  It could be the treats… Her inmate trainer says that she’s having a great time with this sweet girl! 

Ready For Some Fun

Gemini GiGi is having a good week! Her trainer runs thru her commands a few times a day and this girl knows them forwards and backwards. She is also doing great with her extras. Gemini loves her toys and has started to chew on them until they fall apart. Her trainer keeps an eye on her when she’s playing with a toy and corrects her when she starts to get a little carried away with them.

Gemini GiGi loves attention from everyone and can’t get enough of a good belly rub. Her trainer said you are going to have a ball with GiGi!

Ready For Santa!

GiGi has such a great attitude when it’s training time. She gets so excited. Her trainer goes through her commands a few times a day and she’s spot on. She knows all her basic and some extras. (shake, paws up, peek-a-boo, roll over and say your prayers).

GiGi is patiently waiting for Santa to come and hopes he brings her lots of new toys and treats. She’s been a very good girl for sure!

So Stinking Cute!

Guess what GiGi has learned?  Peek-A-Boo!  Her inmate trainer says it’s the cutest thing ever!  Gigi will cover her face with her paws while laying on the bed and peek out at you.  It’s so stinking cute that it’s a struggle not to give her every treat in your pocket!  She continues to do a phenomenal job with her commands.  Her inmate trainer says that Gigi is sure to capture the hearts of everyone she encounters!

"Roll Over" Gemini

Gemini is a sweet, sweet girl. She loves the other puppies and when they get to play together. She loves toys and has started to chew on them so much that they fall apart. Her trainer is working with her to not be so mean to the toys. LOL.

Training is going very well. She knows her basic commands and quite a few extras. She knows prayers, paws up, peek-a-boo, shake and roll over. I wonder what she will learn next.

Showing Improvement

Gemini is becoming more playful.  She’s doing great with all of her commands.  Stay is still a work in progress.  It’s sometimes hard for her to stay longer than 2 seconds, but it’s a building block and her inmate trainer says that Gemini is showing improvement ever day.  She plays well with her litter mates and seems to have lost all of her baby teeth.  Her inmate trainer says that she’s enjoying each day with this sweet girl. 

"Peek-A-Boo". I See You Gemini

Gemini continues to work on her basic commands every day and is still doing great. She has decided this week to be a little stubborn on the “stay” command, but her trainers are diligently working to get it perfected. She’s doing very well with her extra commands. She knows paws up, shake, peek-a-boo, roll over, prayers, belly and bang bang.

Gemini loves to play with the other puppies. She doesn’t bite anymore. She like to talk to her brothers and sisters.

Eager To Learn

Gemini has lost most of her baby shark teeth. This girl is very smart and eager to learn new commands for treats. She loves to go to the training room to do her commands. Gemini knows all her commands and a list of extras. She is learning a new fun extra - Peek-A-Boo. Stairs are no problem for Gemini.

Gemini enjoys running and playing with her littermates as well as being lazy and lounging on the big pillows. Gemini has a greyt personality and her forever family is going to love this sweet girl!

Fun Adventure With Gemini

Gemini loves to play!  She sometimes has to be reminded not to play rough with her bothers and sisters.  She listens well and seems happy to change course.  The yummy reward could have a small part in the gleeful change of direction… maybe.  The little princess prefers to have water added to her food.  She might flip her bowl and play with her food if there’s no water… or maybe someone else flipped the bowl?  Her inmate trainer says that Gemini is a sweet girl and that watching her learn and grow has been a wonderful adventure! 

Good Girl Gemini

Gemini has been working on all her commands and is doing fabulous! She knows them with verbal cues and hand signals. She is also working on some extra commands that are sure to amaze everyone. Gemini is a great dog. She listens well. She is great on a leash and she has no problems with the stairs. Gemini is also not jumping on people as much. She is improving every day and makes her trainer proud.

One Step At A Time

Gemini has had a little bit of a stubborn streak this week when they head to the training room.  She seems to be telling her inmate trainer that she has it all figured out and only needs play time.  In response to this, her inmate trainer has been working on short sessions to keep them fun and rewarding so that Gemini gets to walk away feeling accomplished and proud of her performance. 

Gemini and Lyric are best friends and love to play together.  She does great with the stairs and tries to take them 2 at a time so her inmate trainer has been slowing her down to one step at a time.  She’s been learning to sit when someone comes up to pet her and she seems to be catching on! 

Growing So Fast

Gemini loves to play with her littermates.  She doesn’t mind doing the stairs and completing her commands.  She is doing great leash walking!  She’s doing so good. We think she may be under the impression that she’s teaching her inmate trainer to hold the leash and walk slow and steady with her!  LOL  She’s started losing her baby teeth and her big girl teeth are coming in!  She’s growing up so fast! 

Best Girl Ever

Gemini is a sweet girl!  She’s also smart!  Her inmate trainer says that she only has to show Gemini how to do something 3-4 times before she has it down pat! She knows all of her basic commands and handles the stairs like a champ.  She walks like a pro on the leash!  Her inmate trainer says that Gemini is all around the bestest girl ever!

Learning At The Drop Of A Hat

Gemini is coming right along!  Her sweet little personality is really coming out.  She does great eating around the other pups.  She learns new things at the drop of a hat.  Her inmate trainer says that she can see that Gemini is growing out of some of her puppy ways.  She’s having a great time working with this sweet girl! 

Yummy Treats Please

Gemini has found her voice!  Her inmate trainer has been working to show Gemini when it’s okay to talk and when it’s quiet time.  She’s figured out that when her trainer asks her to stop, it usually involves a yummy treat which makes it very appealing and agreeable.  She’s mastered the stairs already!  They’ve been working on “wait” and “release” and she’s doing a great job with those.  She know all of her other basic commands and performs them with ease.  She loves chew toys and playing with her littermates.  Her inmate trainer says she’s having a lot of fun with this cute girl! 

On The Right Track

Gemini has mastered the stairs. She has no problem going up or down them. She has not had one accident in her kennel this week. She lets her trainer know when she has to go out. She’s very smart and knows quite a few of her commands She knows hurry, let’s go, kennel, here, sit, down, bed and jump She knows a few extras too. Roll over, shake and belly. She’s got a ways to go to have them mastered but she’s on the right track.

Gemini loves to play with her litter mates, especially Lyric. They are best buddies. Having a puppy around is so much fun!

Show Me Your Belly

Gemini has learned to come up and down the stairs while on the leash!  She’s still doing great with potty training by letting her inmate trainer know when it’s time to go out.  She decided that playful nips to her human’s legs are great fun so her inmate trainer is working to explain the no biting/nipping rule.  She doing great with leash walking and will sit, shake, down, and show her belly with no problems.  Her inmate trainer says that she’s so cute and sweet! 

Bundle Of Joy

Gemini sleeps a lot and is doing great letting her human know when she needs to go potty by whining or barking.  She’s doing really well with going potty on schedule.  When her inmate trainer pulls a treat out of the bag she sits like a queen!  She’s already learned how to shake, bed, and show your belly.  Her kennel is upstairs so they work on stairs daily.  She doesn’t mind going up them, but going down seems pretty scary right now.  She loves to play with her litter mates.  She’s a little bundle of joy who is bringing happiness to everyone she’s around.
