Farewell Stella

Stella is such a fun dog to be around.  She is loving, affectionate, and will always keep you entertained.  She is an absolute attention hog.  She loves to play with other dogs and with toys.  She is very treat motivated, and is eager to learn, knowing she’s going to earn rewards (bananas and peanut butter are her favorites).  She also loves her time to relax in her room.  

Stella loves to play and train in the morning when it’s still cool.  Once it warms up, she likes to lounge in a comfy, cool place.  

Attention Hog

Stella is really a great dog to work with. Her personality is so fun and good. She is a quick learner and is very eager to learn because she is very treat motivated. Her best training time is in the a.m. She trains throughout the day, but in the morning she is taken to the training room and she shows off her commands and tricks. S

Stella loves playing with toys and she has a little bear she carries to her kennel at lock down, which is bedtime. She will also take her blankie from your hand if you ask her to and carry it to her kennel as well. Stella is a very loving and affectionate dog. She is an attention hog. She has her favorite people and will go to them to get petted. She gets so happy and it is adorable. She loves all staff. Stella is an awesome dog.

All Around Great Dog

Stella is a very loving dog. She loves attention and enjoys a good petting session. She also loves relaxing in the room. Her favorite training time is in the a.m. She will train in the evening in the room but she performs better in the morning.

Stella also loves playing in the morning. She loves all staff and inmates and gets along with other dogs. She will now lay on the bed and allow other dogs to lay on them with her.

Stella is very treat motivated and a quick learner. She has been a very fun dog to work with. She is just a great dog. If she is asked to stay in the room while taking a shower by her trainer, she is in the same spot upon her return. She doesn’t get into anything. She is on a schedule and does very well.

Stella knows all of her commands and a lot of extra ones too, a whole page full! Her future family will be amazed! She is a fast learner and a very loving dog. She doesn’t know a stranger.

A Stellar Dog

Stella is such an amazing dog. Her trainer feels so lucky to get to work with her. She is such a fast learner and very eager to train, especially if treats are involved.

She can be very playful, and gets very vocal when she’s playing with the other dogs. She continues to be really good about sharing beds with the other dogs.

Her favorite time to play or train is in the morning, and she enjoys lounging the rest of the day. She gets along great with the other dogs and loves attention from everyone at Pulaski

Unbelievably Smart

Stella is doing very well. She continues to amaze her trainer at how wonderful she is and how quickly she learns. She knows all of her basic commands very well and has learned some new tricks this week too. Stella has the new tricks down pat already. She is such a quick learner! Stella is very treat motivated which definitely helps because she has learned a whole page of extra tricks… “Bounce,” “Paws Up,” “Bow,” “Speak” and that is only the tip of the iceberg.

Her personality is great. She loves playing with toys. Stella is doing so much better when it comes to sharing her bed. She will lay on them now with other dogs.

Stella loves attention and would love to be petted 24 hours a day if at all possible. She loves everyone! She likes to trot around strutting her stuff during exercise time. She knows her schedule very well, so at 9:00 p.m., it is bed time. She is told to get her blanket, which she takes from her trainer’s hand, and drags it into her kennel. It is so cute! She also grabs a lamb toy and she acts like it is her baby.

Stella is very sassy, but in a playful way. You are going to love this girl!

Great Progress

Stella is such a loving dog. She is very affectionate and loves attention. She is doing very well and is such a quick learner. She is very treat motivated and has a great personality. Stella is full of energy and ready to play, she also enjoys lounging in the room training room where it’s quiet.

Stella feels very relaxed in her kennel and will roach. She is so sassy sometimes when training, but eventually will do her commands. She enjoys the big yard and likes trotting right beside her trainer while in the yard.

Stella is a great dog to work with and keeps everyone smiling. They will continue to work on all commands and new tricks she is learning this week.

Quick Learner

Stella is a great dog. She is really starting to come out of her shell and show her personality. She is sassy, playful and a quick learner. She is very treat motivated, so her training has been smooth sailing. Stella knows all of her basic commands and some extra’s too. She is a smart girl, but can be stubborn at times. Can’t we all? Stella does love attention. She enjoys getting love from everyone.

Stella loves the big beds and enjoys chilling in the room or the training room, but is not a fan of all the loudness in the dorm. Stairs are no problem for this girl. She goes up and down them with ease.

She loves having her blanket at bedtime. Her trainer said she will have the blanket in her hand while taking Stella to her kennel, but once inside the kennel Stella takes it from her trainer along with her pillow. It is so sweet.

Little Miss Sassy

Stella is really a great dog to work with, according to her trainer. Her personality is really starting to come out. She is a quick learner and very treat motivated.

Stella is a very loving dog and loves attention from everybody. She enjoys lounging on the big beds, but isn’t ready to share it just yet. She has now taken up playing with toys. Her favorite time to play is right after 7:30 a.m. potty break.

Stella only needs to work on one of her basic commands, the “Down” command. She gets so excited that she bounces right back up. She has learned how to “Speak.”

Stella is so much fun to train. She has learned a few extra tricks and her trainer intends on teaching her more. I wonder what Stella will learn next…

Star Student

Stella’s trainer is having so much fun working with her. She is a fantastic dog: loving, affectionate, and friendly to everyone.

Stella likes to play early in the morning, and has taken a liking to toys this week. She still loves the big pillow beds too.

She has a mind of her own when it comes to training, but she loves treats so she will do what is asked of her. She already knows Sit, Bed, Jump, and Heel.

Hi-ya Stella!

Stella is a very loving and affectionate dog who loves attention. She is very treat-motivated, so it has been easy to already teach her “Sit”, “Bed”, and her name.

When she’s not working she loves to lounge on the big pillow beds. She has already become very attached to them, so her trainer is making sure she is good about sharing too.

Stella eats all of her meals, has had no accidents, and is already doing well going up and down the stairs. Her trainer is looking forward to working with this eager to learn pup.
