Can't Help But Fall In Love With Joey

Joey is so friendly and sweet. He loves to play with toys and shares so well with the other dogs. Joey does have a bit of food obsession, but will follow the “leave it” command. He is very treat motivated, but does not need them to do commands, which he knows all of them very well. His puppy energy is in full swing, but you can’t help but fall in love with Joey!

Joey Is Ready For Graduation!

Joey continues to become more comfortable in his environment and with the other dogs. His activity levels have become more playful and shows off his puppy side at times. He is very treat motivated but easily does his commands with no treats at all.

Joey is a true love bug and appreciates attention from everyone. He has shown no signs of aggression with food or toys. Joey would make a great pet therapy dog! He does let his trainer know when it’s feeding time with a cute little whine. Joey is a catch and any family will be lucky to adopt this gem.

Amazing Pup

Joey’s playfulness has come out in full swing and its such a sight to see!  His puppy like energy is filled with joy and fun.  He loves toys, but doesn’t have any problem sharing.  He likes to eat fast so using a ball or slow feeder bowl would likely help with that.  He’s a lovebug who enjoys attention.  His inmate trainer says Joey is absolutely the sweetest and most amazing pup she’s trained!

Joey Loves To Please His Human

Joey’s week was filled with more snacks, naps, and extra play dates.  Some days he forgets how big and clumsy he is and accidently tramples the other dogs.  They all seem to know how clueless he is so they don’t say anything to him.  Joey’s inmate trainer says that Joey is as sweet as can be and loves attention.  He’s very obedient and loves to please his human.  His inmate trainer says that  she believes Joey is going to make some lucky family very happy!

Sweet And Loving Boy

Joey’s world is filled with play-time, snacks, and naps (not necessarily in that order).  He enjoys hanging out with the other dogs and inmate trainers.  He does really well with sharing his toys.  He’s a laid-back, sweet, and loving guy.  He likes to nap and hang out with his inmate trainer.  She says that she’s having a great time with this sweet guy and can’t wait to see what he discovers next.

Laid Back Guy

Joey’s inmate training team says that Joey’s loving personality makes each day a little better.  He enjoys playing with the other dogs and has the cutest little bursts of energy followed quickly back with a long nap.  His inmate trainer says that Joey is a laid-back guy who listens well and is doing great with his commands.  He doesn’t mind spending time in his kennel, and seems to happy about life in general!

Taking Retirement Very Serious

Joey loves to socialize and mingle with the other dogs and visits so well with everyone.  His inmate training team is working on his ability to ignore a request.  They’re showing him how fun and rewarding it is to respond.  His inmate trainer says that she calls him the Jolly Green Giant.  He’s happy, a little clumsy, and bigger than he realizes.  He just wants to be loved on.

This weeks focus was on leash skills. He’s doing great!  His inmate trainer says that Joey appreciates an early bed time and sleeps throughout the night.  Sounds like he’s taking retirement pretty seriously.

Nothing But A Gentle Giant

Joey is nothing but a gentle giant who loves affection and a good spot to hang out. He is becoming more social and friendly every day. He likes to be near his trainer, but does not whine or bark when left in his kennel. Joey’s personality is starting to show and he loves playtime. Training is going good. He is reluctant to do new commands, but will eventually cooperate. It’s only week two, so Joey has a lot of time to perfect his commands and his trainer is confident he will.

Off To A Good Start

Joey has adjusted so well this week and has shown how excited he his to start his training. Kennel training started off great with a slight hesitancy to go in , but now it’s comfort place for him. Joey’s idea of hanging out involves him standing right beside you, but not quite leaning at all times. Joey is so sweet and loves attention. His trainer is looking forward to this week’s session with Joey.
