Birdie's Going To Melt Your Heart

Birdie has really come out of her shell!  She’s been running with the other dogs and having a great time.  Her inmate trainer says that Birdie is very well behaved and she knows all of her commands. She said that she believes that Birdie is the perfect pup!  She’s going to miss her dearly and hope her new family falls completely in love with this precious girl!  Her beautiful eyes are sure to melt your heart! 

Calm & Sweet

Birdie went through all her commands. She may be slow with some, but she does know them. Her trainer is so proud of her. As she is writing this, she is roaching in her kennel. She said that is how she will stay until Birdie hears potty break. Then she’s up. Birdie runs in her sleep while she’s roaching. Her trainer said it’s so cute. She may let out a small “woof”, but never barks.

Birdie is a very gentle and loving girl. She likes to be rubbed, especially on her stomach. Birdie does very good on and off leash. She does not pull at all. Birdie is a well behaved dog. She’s beautiful, calm and sweet. Her trainer said she will truly miss Birdie. She is an awesome!

Relaxed Gal

Bridie is doing great!  She’s run twice with the other dogs and her inmate trainer says it was fantastic to watch.  She doesn’t mind sitting before meals and waiting to hear “okay” before eating.  Her inmate trainer says that Birdie takes treats very gently from her trainer’s hand just as sweet as can be.  She’ll follow her trainer around in hopes for a rub behind the ears.  She doesn’t mind having her teeth brushed or her nails clipped.  Her inmate trainer says that Birdie is a very relaxed girl who only wants to be loved on! 

Every Move You Make, I'll Be Watching You.

Birdie is such a loving and very gentle girl. She’s shy but very sweet and such a cutie with her white specks on her. Birdie is never in a hurry to do anything. It’s all about Birdie. LOL. This girl loves to roach and stare. She watches her trainer’s every move.

Birdie is sitting for her meals. Her trainer will have her go into her kennel and give her the “sit” command before she will allow her to eat. She’s such a wonderful dog and is going to steal your heart.

Little Shadow

The beautiful and loving Birdie is coming along nicely. She can be shy, but is very much a sweetheart. Everyone loves Birdie!

Birdie enjoys the comfort of a nice beanbag or her kennel. Her trainer can leave her crate door open and when she gets tired of walking around, she will go in there all by herself. She likes toys, but really loves the strange sounding rubber chicken.

Birdie watches every move her trainer makes. She’s her trainer’s little shadow. Birdie’s trainer is going to miss her so much when she leaves.

Toy Hoarder

Birdie’s inmate trainer say that Birdie is a true joy to work with.  She knows all of her commands, but tends to take her sweet time following through.  Her inmate trainer says that she plans to work on Birdie’s response time. 

Birdie is a toy hoarder.  She’ll take every toy she can find to her crate and gaze at her loot with happiness.  Her inmate trainer says that Bridie has this cute side-eye thing that she does that you can’t help but get tickled at. 

Bridie can be a little standoffish with strangers, but she seems to warm up quickly. She loves attention and her gentle and loving personality make it easy to give her all the attention in the world. 

Bundle Of Love

Birdie is doing greyt! Her trainer said she is such a joy to work with. She follows her around the dorm without a leash. When out on the playing field, she doesn’t run off. She stays by her trainer’s side. Unless she throws her favorite toy, which is a rubber chicken that makes a weird sound. She can tell Birdie “leave it” and she will stop and let her trainer pick it up and throw it, then off Birdie goes.

Birdie loves her crate and her fan. She’s a laid back pup who seeks love. She can be timid around people she doesn’t know, but once she trusts you, you’re as good as gold. Training is going good. She knows her commands, but does like to take her time doing them. Birdie is a bundle of love.

Roaching Queen

Birdie is coming along well in her training. She knows let’s go, leave it, stay, heel, down and bed. She’s reluctant to sit on her own, but her trainer is sure she will have it mastered by the time she leaves. Birdie has her own personal fan and she loves to lay in front of it. If it gets cool a blanket with do, but don’t turn off her fan. LOL

Birdie is a very loving and well behaved dog. She is shy until she gets to know you and is not a fan of loud noises. She likes her crate. Her trainer said she can leave the crate door open. When she gets tired of walking around, she heads for her crate where you can catch her roaching. Birdie is a happy girl and her trainer loves working with her.

Well-Behaved Girl

Birdie is coming out her shell more and more.  She enjoys walking around the dorm to see who will pay her attention.  She’s a little shy, but very friendly.  She likes squeaky toys, but only for a short amount of time.  She’s very treat motivated.  They’ve been working on sit.  She seems to know what is being asked of her, but is hesitant to carry it out on her own.   She’s doing really well with: here, stay, bed and down.   Her inmate trainer says that Birdie is a very well-behaved girl.  She doesn’t mind having her teeth brushed or her ears cleaned.  Stay tuned for more updates next week.

Look At Me!

Birdie’s first day was great!  Nothing really seemed to bother her except the loud door lock pop.  That made her jump a little.  So far she’s a sweet girl who enjoys being outside her crate as well as inside it.  Her inmate training team has started working on: hurry, wait, release, kennel and let’s go.  She hasn’t been overly nosey so they haven’t had to use the “leave it” command yet.  She’s already gone up the stairs! She’s taken an interest in crinkly toys and loves the beanbag beds.  Her inmate trainer says that she’s looking forward to the days ahead with this sweet girl!
