The Lassie of Greyhounds

Both my daughters are on day 3 of a virus. Nora has practically been beside herself. She reminds me of a mix between Lassie and Nana (from Peter Pan). She has followed Emma (4 years old) around and I had to really work to get her out of the bedroom last night. She knows the girls are sick, and she's right there to be a comfort. I personally think all greyhounds are very perceptive, but this is another level. She walks around and just seems so worried! It's the sweetest thing I've seen. Her personality is perfection. We still have yet to hear her make a peep! She's been wonderful with the stairs and crate. I've fostered quite a few hounds, and love them all. Nora is my favorite so far. She never meets a stranger and is sweet to all the little animals we've seen on walks and in stores. She went on her first Home Depot trip this week, and was a huge hit!  This sweet girl will be an amazing addition to a home with children! She's all ready to be a best friend to a very lucky kid. Her self confidence is a little low due to being moved around a bit, but give her some lovin and she blooms right away!
