Training Continues

According to Buddy's trainer, he is a dream greyhound; fun, playful, well-adjusted, confident, happy and eager to please.  He may be one of a kind.  He went to visitation last weekend and did really well with the kids, crowds, and all of the strangers he met.  He was attentive enough to show off his commands for anyone who was willing to watch, shaking hands with everyone who wanted to meet him.  He also gets along fabulously with all of the other dogs in the program.

Buddy is a go-getter and loves to go and do things.  While he likes to relax like any greyhound does, he is happiest when he is out and about doing something, meeting people, and seeing things.

Buddy has mastered every command including shake and they added "flop" to the mix this time around for the more advanced dogs, where he flops over to his side from the down position.  He loves when his trainer calls him from across the room and he can run to her and put on the breaks, sliding into her arms on the slick floor.  He thinks this is way fun.
