And here she is lounging with my Greyhound Sami.  They love to hang together!

Miley continues to do well in my home with my four Greyhounds and my Ragdoll cat, Savannah.  She is a joy to have around and is the sweetest Greyhound, always wagging her tail (actually her entire backend wags).  She's a happy girl!!

She gets along with everyone and as you can see by this picture, she adores my Greyhound Sami. She loves to snuggle with others on the dog beds and is now enjoying the dog toys.

She and Lucy have taken to chasing each other in the backyard, both usually running to the backdoor out of breath and just as happy as can be.  I will try to get a video of this as it's quite funny to watch them play

She has been on a little diet since her return from the prison foster program and is doing well with that although she continues to look at me as if to say, "hey, where is the rest?"!  The diet and the exercise with Lucy are both working to get Miley back in pristine condition!
 
I honestly can't say enough good things about Miley.  She is sweet, affectionate, and loves attention.  Her entire backend wags back and forth when she wags her tail!  It is quite funny!  She is a happy girl, that is for sure!

If the weather is conducive on Saturday, the 13th, Miley can be seen at our Meet & Greet at the Bird Watchers Supply Company, 5218 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway, Hiram, Georgia.  Come out and meet her!!  She'd love to meet you!

]]>Introducing Mileyhttp://www.secondchancegreyhounds.org/starbright-blog/2010/1/29/introducing-miley.htmlPatti Peterson2010-01-29T15:50:51ZMiley graduation prison programUCME Star Bright, now known as Miley, traveled from the prison on Florida to my home on Wednesday of this week, thanks to Dave Kundak, who was her chauffeur and escort for the duration.  Thanks Dave for picking her up - we appreciate it! 

Miley finished her training in prison and graduated on January 14th, 2010.  She is very smart!  Her most famous trick is she will fetch her leash for you.  I've not had the opportunity to try this yet, but definitely plan on it this evening. 

She is a sweet girl who is getting along very well with my girls and the Savannah, the Ragdoll, too!  She's sleeping throughout the night on one of the huge Orvis dog beds in my bedroom.  I think she thinks she has gone to heaven!

A great dog who will, no doubt, make an excellent companion for someone.
