Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 12:32PM One final entry... Jump will now be known as "Jude". Love it! We'll start calling her by her new name so you can get accustomed to it. She'll be going to her forever home on Monday; however, we'll get a chance to see her soon as we get to keep her over Memorial Day while her new mom is on vacation.
To Jude - you will be missed, but I know you'll be happy!! :o)

It's official...I finally have a FOREVER HOME! I'm SOO excited!!!! I hear my new mom has a HUGE backyard for me to run in. And there's also talk I might get a sister in another month. What more can a girl ask for?!
My foster mom told me I could take the giant spider with me. I don't know what I'd do without it...or how I've LIVED without it! It's MY FAVORITE TOY in the WHOLE WORLD!!!
I'll finally have a nice soft bed all of my own that I don't have to share with anyone. I mean, my foster sisters are cool, but it'll be nice to have my own things. HOW EXCITING!!!!!!
And I'm getting a mom just in time for mother's day! Slurps and licks!!

Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 10:34AM This morning, Jump barked for only the second time in the couple weeks she's been with us. It was small and cute sounding (not at all what you'd expect from a large dog) and I had to laugh. She was trying to tell me to get up because she was ready to go outside!! When I rolled over, she was standing next to the bed with her head resting on my pillow, staring at me. Haha
Last night, I was able to get this picture without waking anyone up. I personally don't think Greyhounds make good pillows because they tend to be bony (lol), but evidently, Jump doesn't agree as she was using Tiny for a pillow.

Well, I guess Jump is starting to come out of her shell because this morning, as she was trying to get me out of bed, she was talking to me. I would ask her what she wanted and she'd answer me with little roo's and small barks. Seems that she's most vocal in the mornings and is one happy girl!! :o)
