Training Update

Duchess is the most liked dog of this group because she is so super friendly when greeting people.  She's always making someone feel loved and brightening their day.  Her adopted family is going to be so pleased with the decision they made by choosing her.  She's a great dog and will make an excellent companion.  This week she has become very playful and wants everyone to play "tag" with her.

She has mastered all of the basic commands and is working on her advanced commands like stop (stopping at mid run) and heeling from a distance.  She excels at all of her commands with multiple handlers and knows her name very well.

Training Continues

Kwic Chic has a new name, she is now being called Duchess.  She is happy, loving, friendly and loyal.  Duchess could be the perfect dog.  She is so eager to please and she never disappoints.  Duchess wants to learn new things and is happy in her training.

Duchess is top of her class in training and a part of the advanced training class due to mastery of all of her commands:  wait, down, sit, stay, down stay, sit stay, kennel, up, bed and heel.   The trainers scheduled a "sleep over" (the dogs switched dorms)  last weekend to help them adjust to new surroundings, smells, noises, etc.  Duchess adjusted very well to her new surroundings and handler and did all of her commands without hesitation.

Training Update

Kiwik Chic is now Liberty.  She is very sweet, eager to please and very loving.  Liberty is curious and always wants to know "where did that noise come from".  She gets along fantastically with other dogs.  She's a fun dog, confident and is always on her best behavior.  She never fails to please.

Liberty knows how to wait, here, heel, and down very well.  They are working on stay this week as Liberty is easily distracted.  She also responds really well to all of her commands by other handlers.
